At Wardrobea, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We currently ship orders within the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $5 USD applies to orders of $50 USD or less.
- There are no additional shipping charges beyond the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days after they are placed.
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Alaska Time (AKT), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before the 5:00 PM cutoff on a business day may begin processing that same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends or applicable holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping & Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, standard transit time is approximately 3–4 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days, consisting of:
- Handling time: 0–1 business day
- Transit time: 3–4 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Orders placed after the 5:00 PM cutoff may require an additional business day before processing begins.

Shipping Destination
Wardrobea currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Wardrobea is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping information and tracking details when available. You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbors, or your building’s management where applicable. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly.
Holidays and Business Days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping and delivery estimates may be extended during periods of unusually high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
